Building Practical Skills for Everyday Living Life skills are essential for navigating the challenges ofdaily life, and our training programs focus on developing these skills in asupportive and structured environment. These skills include:
We believe in the power of community to support residents through their recovery journey. By connecting them with local leaders, mentors, and resources, we provide the guidance and structure needed for success. All residents are required to be employed or enrolled as full-time students, helping them develop responsibility and purpose. Our partnerships with local churches, businesses, and civic organizations ensure residents have access to the tools and opportunities necessary to thrive.
As a faith-based organization, we believe that true healing and recovery are rooted in God’s mercy and grace. We guide our residents in integrating their faith into their recovery journey, encouraging them to seek spiritual strength as a core part of their transformation.
Our residents are invited to attend a church of their choice, build a relationship with a sponsor, and engage in biblical studies. We recognize that recovery is a process that cannot be undertaken alone, and our faith is the foundation that supports and sustains us through every step.
Our case manager works with each resident on an individual basis to set short and long-term goals, to assist in applying for health insurance, and to get paired with a sponsor. The case manager also counsels the residents during regularly scheduled meetings and while reviewing ongoing case plans.
We walk alongside men in recovery as they transition from living a life of addiction to rebuilding and restoring their lives.
