The journey of a Souls Harbor resident begins with an intake process and assessment. Residents will complete personality profiles, case management checklists, create short and long term goals. From there, residents will also be required to attend group therapy three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), case management and substance abuse counseling in 1 hour weekly sessions, Souls Harbor community meetings weekly, and mental health therapy sessions if applicable. Residents will attend Celebrate Recovery (CR), Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), and other sobriety recovery (SR) programs. Finally, residents will begin the process of attaining a job or working with job prep programs such as Work Force or Goodwill.
